Included in the cost of hire is a ‘help yourself’ toppings and sauce station, waffle cones, biodegradable tubs and spoons, a tastefully decorated bike for your event and of course, plenty of cool photo opportunities on the bike!

We happily travel up to an hour from where we are based in Exeter which allows us to serve Devon and into Somerset and Cornwall. Further distances are possible but may incur an extra charge.

Small but mighty, our fantastic bike can happily accomodate up to 200 people.

Absolutely! You will be able to choose up to 4 flavours from our wonderful suppliers at Surfing Cow Gelato.

Of course! We have a wide range of flavours suitable for all types of dietary requirements including dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, and vegan options. A full allergen sheet is available on request and will be available at your event for guests to check.

The beauty of our bike is that it can fit in a wide range of locations, indoors and out! At only 90cm wide, we can fit through some tight spaces if required. Our unique bike design also includes a split frame which means we can display our full bike set up, or a stand alone cart - perfect for tighter spaces or indoor venues. The bike does weigh an awful lot which means we are unable to negotiate more than a couple of small steps.

Our freezer is battery powered for up to 10 hours which allows fantastic flexibility of locations we can serve.
